Estrategia

The SEAP is the necessary condition for the local identification about energy factors and gas emissions, which should provide the basis of the SEAP. The preparation of the SEAP will facilitate the government to identify the strategic areas in which work, improving environmental quality and increasing possible development of economic activities related to the environment. The SEAP also allows to make public the commitment to reducing CO2, saves energy and enhances its territory.
